• Immediately purchase the home whenever you’re able to qualify for a mortgage.

• Apply your payments toward your down payment when you purchase the property.

• Fixed monthly payment for the entire term of your lease (the only thing that changes will be property taxes and HOA fees, if applicable).

• If you stay with us for 35 years, you own the house – free and clear!
